Climate notes for February 16th 2024
I've ended this week with two work meetings that both were dominated, by accident, by a discussion on climate. Dublin seems to have Spring peaking through the curtains. While colleagues of mine in NYC had snow dumped on them. And all the while the news of the north Atlantic drift collapsing sooner then thought dominates our thoughts.
Regardless of who wins this years' elections at home or abroad, this should be dominating more of the conversation than it is. Somehow, we're obfuscating bad news with stupid news.
